Has a fine tooth ratcheting mechanism.

2 7/8" to 3 1/8", 3 1/8" to 3 3/8", 3 3/8" to 3 5/8", 3 5/8" to 3 7/8", 3 7/8" to 4 1/8", and 4 1/8" to 4 3/8.
